3-22-08

Took a group from Ohio and Virginia this morning and ended up with ten fish. It was VERY SLOW for everybody on the upper lake today. I talked with most all of the guides and one other guide had ten and the rest only a few. Today was the day after full moon and it is usually slow. Even the people who killed them yesterday only had a few today. What a difference a day can make. While we didn't tear them up, we were respectable. We went back to where we caught them yesterday and didn't even put a fish in the boat on the first three stops. The 10-20mph. variable winds made it very tough today but we managed the best that we could. We still had a ball today, those guys were here to have a good time and I think that they did that! We will just keep praying for rain and some warmer weather!
